Online submission through the ASC Paper Website are now closed. Paper review was completed and authors notified of their acceptance.
Accepted papers are expected to be presented at the conference in Boston in order to be published in the ASC Conference Annual Proceedings.

Progress Research Abstracts and
Poster Presentations
Poster and Research Abstracts Presentations are scheduled for Thursday April 8th at 10:30am.
Presentation Agenda:
- 10:00-10:30: Authors to hang their posters in Salon G.
- 10:30-11:10: Ph.D. presentations - 2 presentations.
- 11:10-12:00: Presentation of Posters (Authors are required to be at their posters to answer questions. Conference attendees are invited to view posters and ask questions of the authors. Posters will be judged for Best Poster Award.)
- 12:10: Authors must move their posters into the room with the Exhibitors in the Commonwealth Ballroom. Posters will be displayed in this location till Friday at 5:00 pm. Authors to remove posters at 5:00 pm on Friday. Any posters left after this time will be discarded.
Poster Guidelines and Requirements:
Abstract: Your abstract must be included in your poster. It should be the same abstract published in the proceedings and match the layout and format of the published version. You can access a preview of your abstract as it will be published on the proceedings website at . The abstract on your poster should match the abstract that will be published on the ASC Proceedings website. NOTE: Please ensure that you have reviewed your abstract and that all information is correct.
Identify any sponsors that have help support your work either financially through grants or through providing access to data and/or research participants.
Poster Size: Each poster is to be 20 x 30 inches.
Poster Materials: Laminated posters are recommended, but foam board will be accepted. NOTE: Posters will be hung on the walls for the duration of the conference using push pins, which will be provided, or removable tape.
Poster Appearance: Place title and abstract at top of poster. All posters must be readable from 3-4 feet. Information should be well organized and easy to understand.
Poster Content:
(1) Abstract as published in proceedings.
(2) Contact information for at least one author.
(3) Graphics and/or Pictures: The use of graphics if highly encouraged. All graphics and /or pictures need to be discernible from 3-4 feet. Potential graphics to include are: graphics that summarize research process, research results, or instruments being used in the study.

Best Poster Award: An award will be given for Best Poster at the Banquet Gala.
