Associated Schools of Construction (ASC)

The Associated Schools of Construction (ASC), founded in 1965, is the international professional association for the development and advancement of construction education. It represents the interests of both academic and industry professionals interested in institutional construction education.

The membership of the ASC, like the field of construction, is richly interdisciplinary, drawing membership from such disciplines as architecture, engineering, management, and technology, to name only a few.  The Association currently has a membership of more than hundred thirty schools and companies, organized into seven U.S. regions (Northeast, Southeast, Great Lakes, North Central, South Central, Rocky Mountain, and Far West), a region for international institutions, and a region for industry professionals. The Associated Schools of Construction's corporate office is located in Ft. Collins, Colorado.

The ASC is dedicated to the professional growth and success of its membership, and is committed to fostering excellence in teaching, education, construction communication, scholarship, research, service, and practice. The Association offers a variety of programs and services designed to help its members serve their customers more effectively and succeed in an increasingly challenging environment of information management and technology.
